Known Limitations

While we strive for full WCAG 2.1 AA compliance, the following limitations may exist:

  • Third-party content: Some property listing images and third-party integrations may not meet accessibility standards. Contact us for alternative formats.
  • PDF documents: Older PDF documents may not be fully accessible. We are progressively converting to accessible formats.
  • Interactive maps: Property location maps provide keyboard and screen reader support, but some advanced interactions may be limited.
  • Real-time data: Some real-time market data visualizations are provided with accompanying tables and data exports for accessibility.

Accessibility Settings

REintel provides accessibility preferences to customize your experience:

  • High contrast mode: Increases color contrast and darkens backgrounds for easier reading.
  • Large text mode: Increases base font size to 1.2x and scales all text accordingly.
  • Reduced motion: Disables animations and transitions. Also respects system prefers-reduced-motion setting.
  • Keyboard shortcuts help: Shows list of available keyboard shortcuts and navigation options.

Access these settings from the user menu (top right). Your preferences are saved to your account.
